Can I cancel the order?

You have all the right to cancel/modify the order before your order is confirmed. However, you cannot cancel the COD order at your doorstep.

Can I modify my order?

You can call us to have your order changed. In case of online payment, the staff will guide you further.

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept all types of payment: COD, Visa, and MasterCard – Credit and Debit.

Can I pay when I receive my order?

You cannot pay when you receive. You need to pay at the time of checkout.

Can I place an order and pick-up?

Yes, you can place your order online and pick it up from our respective branches. Our customer service representative will contact you with pick-up time and date, and guide you through the process.

Why can’t I add a product to my cart when it is shown on the website?

This happens when the product is out of stock or available in-store only.
